SciFi Mafia has the dirt on the fantastic Mortal Kombat: Rebirth trailer that appeared online this week. Jeri Ryan, who plays Sonya Blade in the clip, said, “it’s not a game trailer. Actually was made for the director to sell WB on his vision for a reimagined MK film.” She went on to add, “I did it as a favor to a friend.

According to Craig Charles (Dave Lister) and Chris Barrie (Arnold Rimmer) Red Dwarf has been picked up for two new series (seasons). The first eight series of Red Dwarf ran from 1988 until 1999. There was a three part special that originally aired over April of 2009 called "Back to Earth." During the interview Chris Barrie expressed his desire for the new series to be more dramatic:
The BBC and Starz have announced a deal that will create a, 10 episode, fourth season for Torchwood that will air on Starz. The new season will reportedly pick up where Children of Earth left off. Probably because of the deal with Starz, much of the story will take place in the United States. John Barrowman will return to play Captain Jack Harkness, Eve Myles will return to play Gwen Cooper, and Russell T Davies and Julie Gardner will return as Executive Producers.
