Since LotR and Babylon 5 are facing off I’m surprised no one has mentioned the similarities between the two. It’s pretty obvious that the dark/light elder races story line in B5 is pretty much the same as that of the elves & forces of darkness in LotR. Heck, Sheridan gets his life span shortened similar to Frodo. Not to mention it’s also the 3rd age in B5!
